One Step IT Solutions will use commercially every possible effort to resolve any of your On-line computer or a technical support problem for a fee as set as applicable. One Step IT Solutions may provide certain portions of its support service through telephone, remote control session, on-line chat or email. One Step IT Solutions provides services that are available on a one-time basis, for a fee as well as subscription services, which are an entitlement to more than one service over a period of time, for a recurring fee. On-line services and products sold will be performed and billed by One Step IT Solutions.
You may order service from One Step IT Solutions by directly calling or mailing One Step IT Solutions. Fees for our services or product charges can be thoroghly discussed with our sales team reprentatives by calling them on our toll-free helpline number. Some services, or subscriptions receive customized quotes by phone or email. Once you place order you agree to pay fees for the ordered service(s) or product(s).
On-Line support service shall be billed at the hourly rate quoted via telephone for all time spent on your job via remote. Labor will be billed in quarter hour increments rounded to the nearest half-hour. A one hour minimum will be billed for any on-line remote session visit to Client.
Payments are 100% secured via credit card information provided by our client during order submission. Client agrees not to dispute regarding charges with Credit Card Company. Uncollected balances over 30 days will be purely considered in default and the Client is to court costs, collection agency fees, and legal fees arising in collection.
You hereby authorize One Step IT Solutions to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card or electronically debit banking information you provide with respect to any unpaid charges for services or products. You acknowledge and agree that neither One Step IT Solutions nor any One Step IT Solutions affiliated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card or bank account.
